Arsenal striker Lukas Podolski tweeted a photo with Gunners fan Mo Farah, at an event in London to raise money for Farah's foundation

Curtis Davies was, not surprisingly, down after Hull's exit from the Europa League, the 29-year-old tweeting: "Gutted is an understatement. Very harsh red for Yannick Sagbo but I'll leave it at that. Fully focused on the league now no excuses."

It was a similar feeling for Tom Huddlestone, the 27-year-old Hull midfielder writing: "The feeling is pure devastation. The lads grafted hard, just couldn't get that goal which was needed. Got to bounce back Sunday."

Midfielder Mikel Arteta, 32, doesn't seem too concerned about Arsenal's Champions League draw. "Dortmund again and two new and tough teams," he tweeted. "I love playing Champions League. Come on Gunners!"

Leicester forward Anthony Knockaert, 22, is happy with the signing of former Inter Milan captain Esteban Cambiasso, 34, posting: "Delighted to know that Cambiasso has signed. Great signing for us. Big player."
