Island Games 2021: Guernsey confirmed as event host

Guernsey has been confirmed as the venue for the Island Games in 2021, the third time they have hosted the event.
The International Island Games Association (IIGA) confirmed the news on Twitter, external after Guernsey were the only confirmed bidders for the event.
Gotland will host the 2017 Island Games, followed by Gibraltar two years later.
Football, golf and cycling are set to return to the 2021 games after being left out of the list for 2019.
