World number one Taylor sets new Telemark goals

Telemark skier Jasmin Taylor is looking ahead to next year's World Championships after achieving her goal of becoming world number one.
The 30-year-old from Ipswich capped a successful season by winning the parallel sprint and overall titles at the World Cup finals in March.
She has achieved more than 50 podium finishes in her career after winning Britain's first World Championship Telemark medal back in 2015.
"It feels like fate sometimes, but it's been quite the adventure - it's worn me out as well, but I wouldn't change it. I've had a great time," she told BBC Radio Suffolk.
"I'm gearing up already for next season and next year is a World Championship year as well.
"I can be quite hit and miss with the world champs but I'm at a point now where I'm taking it season by season and just seeing how I feel at the end of each one and if I want to continue."
Taylor first became interested in skiing while working on a school project as a 10-year-old and once raised over £2,000 at a car boot sale to help her continue in the sport.
She admitted she had briefly considered whether there was any more to achieve following her success at the World Cup finals in France.
"I thought 'is that me done, do I call it a day here and end on a high' because it would be a great way to end, but there's something in me that feel I still have more to give," she said.
"I'm actually excited to work on the elements I need to improve - what gets me out of bed in the morning is that I've got stuff to work on and ways that I can still get better."
Telemark includes alpine skiing, cross-country and ski-jumping elements.
Taylor has won four World Championship medals, the most recent a bronze at Murren in 2023.
She added: "You feel you can get better but you never have that guarantee in sport.
"How can you follow a season like that? Well, you have no idea if you can in terms of outcome, but in terms of what I put in, I can do better. So I will do my utmost to focus on that."
