Callum Wilson is confident of forcing his way back into the England squad now he is fully fit again.
The Newcastle United striker missed three games because of injury last month and was therefore overlooked by Gareth Southgate for recent fixtures against Australia and Italy.
But after England secured qualification for Euro 2024, Wilson is determined to catch Southgate's eye in order to add to his nine international caps.
"I back myself 100% to get back into the squad," he told the Footballer's Football podcast. "There are squads in November and March, and then for the Euros.
"I have no doubt in my mind that I am fit and available, I will be playing well and should get in. But nothing comes easy. There are always obstacles like other players trying to get into the fold.
"It is about focusing on myself to make sure I do everything in my power to get my name in there."
