Kyles Athletic and holders Oban Camanachd - the South area's only two Premiership sides - will meet in the Scottish Seafoods Celtic Society Cup final after both struggled to overcome lower league opponents.

A late Kyles rally saw them recover from 2-0 down to defeat Inveraray 3-2 after extra time, while Camanachd similarly came from behind late to edge Glasgow Mid Argyll 2-1.

In the North, the RM Donald MacTavish Cup final will match holders Kingussie, who defeated Lochaber, and Lovat who eliminated Fort William, both 2-0.

It was also 2-0 for Newtonmore over Kinlochshiel in the Mowi Premiership where Caberfeidh defeated Beauly 3-0.

Inveraray looked set to create an upset when Neil Campbell and Ruaridh Graham had them 2-0 up at Tighnabruich early in the second half.

And only four minutes remained when Luke Thornton pulled one back for the home side with a penalty before Innes MacDonald's final-minute equaliser. James Pringle's winner for Kyles then came with seven minutes of extra time remaining.

Mid Argyll also faced away disadvantage when talisman Calum McLay scored midway through the first half although Ross MacMillan soon equalised.

But Camanachd left it late too with Gregor MacDonald's 85th-minute winner.

At the Dell in the MacTavish, second-tier leaders Lochaber did well to hold off the holders for over an hour, but Roddy Young closely followed by Savio Genini then sent Kingussie through.

The other MacTavish tie in Kiltarlity also produced a goalless first half before Greg Matheson and Marc MacLachlan secured Lovat's progress.

Iain Robinson scored early and again late on to gain two Premiership points for Newtonmore on the west coast.

Kevin Bartlett in the first half and Logan Beaton and Kyle Grant in the second prevailed for Caberfeidh at Strathpeffer, leaving Beauly still looking for their first points after 11 games.

In the National Division, a hat trick from Scott Harvey and a Rory McDonald double saw visitors Bute cruise past Glenurquhart 5-0.
