Schmidt said Ireland's tour of USA and Japan 'right time' to look at new players

Joe Schmidt said Ireland's tour of USA and Japan is the "one time we will have over the next couple of years to delve a bit deeper" into country's playing resources.

The Ireland coach named eight uncapped players for the tour which will see Ireland facing the USA in New Jersey on 10 June before games against Japan over the following two weekends.
