Paul Foster has qualified for his second final at the World Indoor Championships after winning his mixed pairs semi-final with Laura Daniels.

The Scot and his Welsh partner now have the chance of creating a new record by winning their third consecutive title.

Foster had already reached Monday's men's pairs final with fellow Scot Alex Marshall at Potters in Norfolk.

Daniels and Foster will face Robert Paxton of England and Marion Purcell of Wales in the mixed final.

Paxton and Purcell defeated Marshall and compatriot Julie Forrest 8-7 6-6.

Marshall will have a chance to avenge that defeat when he and Foster take on Paxton and Simon Skelton in the men's pairs final.

Daniels and Foster defeated Scotland's Stewart Anderson and England's Amy Stanton 9-4 7-4.

Foster, like Marshall, is also through to the second round of the men's singles.
