Carl Froch to face Mikkel Kessler at O2 in London on 25 May

IBF world super-middleweight champion Carl Froch will fight WBA belt holder Mikkel Kessler at London's O2 Arena on 25 May.

The bout, a rematch of their 2010 fight in Denmark,, external was announced in January.

Dane Kessler, 33, outpointed Froch, 35, three years ago, and Froch recently admitted: "I'm gunning for revenge at all costs."

The contest in Greenwich is scheduled for the same date as the Uefa Champions League final at Wembley Stadium.

Three-time super-middleweight champion Froch claimed his IBF title by overpowering Canada's Lucian Bute in May, while Kessler stopped Northern Irishman Brian Magee inside three rounds in December.

Tickets go on sale on Monday, 4 February, the cheapest seats priced at £40.
