Billy Joe Saunders defeats Matthew Hall to defend titles

Billy Joe Saunders maintained his unbeaten record after successfully defending his British and Commonwealth middleweight titles with a unanimous points victory over Matthew Hall.
Saunders, now unbeaten in 17 fights, was given a 119-110, 120-108, 120-109 points win by the judges at York Hall.
Thursday's win in Bethnal Green edges the 23-year-old closer to a clash with domestic rival Chris Eubank Jr.
Saunders may also target Darren Barker, Matthew Macklin and Martin Murray.
