- Published
Hannah Rankin will return to the ring on 26 April for the first time since missing out on her attempt to become WBO and WBC light-middleweight champion in November.
The 33-year-old Scot was beaten by Slovenia's Ema Kozin in Manchester.
But Rankin has announced that she will be part of the BoxNation TV fight card at Liverpool's Grand Central Hall.
She said on Instagram, external that the fight comes "before I go to do commentary this summer at the Olympics in Paris".
Rankin, who lost her WBA and IBO super-welterweight titles to England's Terri Harper in September 2022, made no mention of her opponent but added: "Back on the trail for world titles in 2024 and going to start the year with a bang."
