Essex's Ryan ten Doeschate 'in better mental place'

Essex all-rounder Ryan ten Doeschate insists he will not suffer from mental fatigue on his return to the county after a winter of playing T20 cricket.
The 32-year-old was given a two-week break by Essex in 2011 following a spell in the Indian Premier League.
"I fee like I'm in a far better mental stage," he told BBC Essex.
"I'm trusting myself to play the cricket that I want to. If it doesn't work, I think I'll be in a better frame of mind to put things behind me."
Dutch international ten Doeschate spent some time in his native South Africa over the winter, but has played a lot of Twenty20 cricket in New Zealand, Bangladesh and India.
He returns to an Essex side who are fresh off a five-wicket victory over Glamorgan and are second in Division Two of the County Championship ahead of Wednesday's fixture against bottom-of-the-table Kent.
"Our target this year was to focus on four-day cricket a bit more," he added.
"The last result against Glamorgan was particularly pleasing because it was hard fought over four days. I think that's a sign of a good team."
