England take on Australia in the five-Test series starting at Trent Bridge on 10 July.

Live radio commentary from Test Match Special (TMS) is available on BBC Radio 4 LW and BBC Radio 5 live sports extra, the BBC Sport website and via the BBC Sport app and iPlayer radio app.

You can also keep up to date with all the action and scores through live text commentary on the BBC Sport website.

Jonathan Wall, controller of BBC Radio 5 live and sports extra said: "It's an exciting time for 5 live and BBC Sport, with this being the first time people can follow the Ashes through our iOS and Android apps in addition to radio and online, so people can keep up with the action wherever they are."

BBC Radio 5 live will also broadcast special programmes such as Ashes Legends (Kevin Pietersen in conversation with Andrew Flintoff), Flintoff's Ashes Roadshows, Not Just Cricket - The Ashes and 6-Duck-6 with Phil Tuffnell and Michael Vaughan.

TMS is back for its 57th year with former Australia fast bowler Glenn McGrath joining the usual team fronted by Jonathan Agnew, with commentators Henry Blofeld, Simon Mann and Ed Smith, and summarisers Vaughan, Geoff Boycott, Tufnell and Vic Marks.
