Peter Trego's excellent 76 helped Somerset to a dramatic one-run victory over South Group leaders Hampshire.
After being made to bat first, Trego and Craig Kieswetter (57) put on 115 for the second wicket, helping the hosts to 176-4 at the end of 20 overs.
Michael Carberry (38) kept Hants ticking over, but the runs slowed and they needed 34 runs with 12 balls left.
Will Smith then swung his bat to leave them needing six off the last three but his 25 off nine left them one short.
