Warwickshire captain Varun Chopra hit a quickfire 39 not out to give his side a seven-wicket win over Glamorgan under the Duckworth/Lewis method.
Nearly three hours play had been lost after heavy rain fell with Glamorgan on 225-7 from 39 overs.
On the resumption, the visitors were set 90 to win from 10 overs and reached their target with nine balls to spare.
Glamorgan's innings had been based around half-centuries from Jacques Rudolph (57) and Murray Goodwin (52).

It was a fifth fifty in seven innings for opener Rudolph, who is the One-Day Cup's highest run-scorer this season.
His half-century came up off 71 balls, with seven fours, and he shared a stand of 72 in 12 overs with Goodwin, whose fifty came off 40 balls containing a seven boundaries.
The home team' had a frustrating time as their batsmen were interrupted by rain four times, and they could only have one powerplay over before the weather finally ended their innings.
Warwickshire always looked comfortable in reply - racing to 23-2 from two overs and getting halfway to their target just 12 balls later.
Chopra stood firm to steer them home and keep the Bears in the quarter-final mix.
