County Championship: Play washed out at Canterbury

No play was possible on the second day of Kent's Championship match against Gloucestershire.

Kent were due to resume their innings on 67-1 but rain at the scheduled start kept the players off the field.

Despite no further rain, the outfield was too saturated and could not be dried in time.

Kent wicket-keeper Sam Billings, rested for this match, has been included in the England one-day and T20 squads in the upcoming tour against Pakistan.
