Guernsey cricket boss challenged by lack of coaching time

Guernsey's new director of cricket says the lack of time his players are able to train with him will be a challenge.
Former Leicestershire player, Ashley Wright, succeeded Nic Pothas in the role last month.
"The lads here are motivated, it's more the contact time," Wright said.
"When they train they train hard, and they're very committed to what they're doing, it's just perhaps with the professional game they get a lot more contact time with each other."
Guernsey won promotion from World Cricket League Division Six last year and will play in the Division Five Tournament in Jersey this year.
The island will also be sending a team to play in the Sussex Cricket League for the first time this summer.
Wright is currently working towards his level four coaching qualification alongside Pothas, so has been well-briefed on the island set-up.
"He's been giving me the ins and outs about Guernsey and the players, I've had a very good handover," he told BBC Radio Guernsey.
"One of the main things with this job is that it's almost everything from the national team to the under 11s.
"To get into a whole system and hopefully try and make a difference, is a big thing for me."
