All-rounder Green, 28, played for Middlesex last season and will deputise for Mujeeb Ur Rahman in early June while the Afghanistan spinner is on an international tour of Zimbabwe.

Left-arm paceman Behrendorff, 32, will arrive at Lord's once his commitments with Royal Challengers Bangalore end.

He replaces Shaheen Shah Afridi who will not be returning to the club after Pakistan's series against West Indies.

The fast bowler, who had originally signed until mid-July, had already suspended his overseas stint in mid-May to prepare for the tour.
