Former England all-rounder Adam Hollioake has been appointed Pakistan's batting coach for their forthcoming Test tour of Australia.
Hollioake, 52, has been given the role as part of a new-look coaching team for the three-Test series in December and January.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) removed the men's team's entire coaching staff after the World Cup.
Hollioake played four Tests and 35 one-day internationals for England.
The Australia-born former Surrey and Essex player has previously held coaching roles in Hong Kong, Afghanistan and with England Lions.
Last week, the PCB named Umar Gul and Saeed Ajmal as Pakistan's fast bowling and spin bowling coaches for the trip to Australia.
