Fernando return boosts Glamorgan for Championship run-in

Sri Lanka pace bowler Asitha Fernando has rejoined Glamorgan and is available for the remainder of their County Championship campaign.
The 27-year-old featured in Glamorgan's opening six Championship matches in his first stint at Sophia Gardens earlier this season, taking 17 wickets.
He then departed for Sri Lanka's Test Series against Bangladesh, while he also made a recent single outing for Bloomfield Cricket and Athletic Club against Colombo CC.
Fernando trained with the Glamorgan squad in Cardiff on Monday and is in contention for a place in Tuesday's Division Two fixture against Kent, which is set for an 11:00 BST start at Sophia Gardens.
Glamorgan captain Sam Northeast is absent on paternity leave, with Kiran Carlson taking over the leadership, while Eddie Byrom or Billy Root will take his batting place.
