Glamorgan took Middlesex's unbeaten Blast record with a 30-run victory at Colwyn Bay to gain revenge for a narrow defeat at Northwood two weeks previously.
Captain Lauren Parfitt led from the front with an unbeaten 75 off 60 balls in Glamorgan's imposing 171 for four.
She added 81 for the first wicket with Daisy Jeanes, who blasted 53 off only 21 balls.
Middlesex captain Saskia Horley also top-scored for her team with 50 in their 141-9, putting on 68 for the fifth wicket with Georgia Irving (33).
But Middlesex had left themselves too much to do with Poppy Tulloch (3-18) claiming quick wickets in the later stages.
It was Glamorgan's second win in three matches in the competition and Middlesex's first defeat in four.
The fixture also marked the first match at Colwyn Bay for a Glamorgan senior team since 2019, with the men's regular fixture at the Rhos-on-Sea ground not resuming after Covid.
