England all-rounder Dan Mousley has signed a new two-year contract to stay at Warwickshire until at least the end of the 2027 season.

The 23-year-old has been with the Bears since he was 10 and came through the academy at Edgbaston to making his first-class debut in 2019.

Left-hander Mousley has scored more than 1,000 runs in both first-class and T20 cricket for the Bears and has taken 57 wickets with his right-arm off-spin in 73 games in the 20-overs format.

He was called into the England white-ball squad for the tour of the Caribbean last October, playing in three one-day internationals and four T20s against the West Indies.

"This club means a hell of a lot to me so to extend my contract at Edgbaston is amazing," Mousley said., external

"It's a wonderful thing to pull on a Warwickshire shirt. To know I'll be doing it for at least another three seasons means a lot."

Warwickshire first-team coach Ian Westwood said Mousley's new deal was "fantastic news".

"He's an exciting three-dimensional cricketer who brings bags of energy to our team," Westwood said.

Mousley is the second player to agree new terms with Warwickshire this week, after batter Sam Hain signed a new contract until the end of the 2028 season.
