Essex all-rounder Eva Gray has signed a two-year contract extension with the club.
The 25-year-old - Essex's vice captain and a founding member of the women's team - will now remain at the county until the end of the 2028 season.
Gray, a right-arm seam bowler, claimed 31 wickets across 30 matches during Essex's inaugural season as a professional outfit, earning a place in the Women's PCA Team of the Year.
She signed in October 2024 following previous spells with Surrey Stars, South East Stars and Sunrisers.
Gray was also a member of the Oval Invincibles squad for The Hundred between 2021 and 2023, winning the first two campaigns, and also represented London Spirit in the competition in 2024.
Her county debut came for Surrey in 2014.
Speaking to Essex's website, Gray said she was "really pleased" to have signed her new deal.
"We had a tough summer as a team but there is definitely a lot of determination within the group to take what we can from this year, work hard and come back with some fresh ideas," she added.
"It is a great group to be a part of and I am looking forward to seeing where we can go."
