Jersey pick squad for final matches of 2024

Jersey have picked their squad for the European Cricket Women's Championship in Spain and internationals with Gibraltar.
Chloe Greechan will captain a squad that includes debutant bowler Olivia Bastin.
The islanders will face Austria, Czechia, Germany and Spain in the Challenger Division of the 10-over tournament from 8-14 December in Malaga.
They will then make the short trip to Gibraltar for two T20 internationals to face the hosts, who are ranked 31 in the world, two places above Jersey.
"It will be good to end the 2024 season on a high with some fast paced T10 cricket and competitive T20i fixtures," head coach Darren Thomas said.
"Ahead of next year’s ICC T20 World Cup Qualification events, this will be a valuable experience which promises some thrilling match ups."
