Seales & Hughes agree Sussex returns for 2025

West Indies Test bowler Jayden Seales and Australian batter Daniel Hughes have re-signed with Sussex for the 2025 season.
Paceman Seales, 22, will be available for the first block of County Championship fixtures next year.
He played in Sussex's first seven County Championship matches in 2024, taking 38 wickets at an average of 25.29.
Sussex are currently top of Division Two and will host Lancashire Lightning in the quarter-finals of the T20 Blast.

Seales took 13 wickets in the West Indies' recent series against England and has amassed 62 wickets across his 15 Tests overall.
Meanwhile, Hughes, 35, will be available for all the club's County Championship and T20 Blast matches next season.
Hughes was the top run-scorer in this season's group stage of the Blast, with 560 runs at an average of 43.07.
He is available for Sussex's five remaining County Championship Division Two matches this season, having scored 48 in total against Northamptonshire in his only appearance so far.
