Jersey interim head coach Paul Hutchinson says he is looking forward to this weekend's inter-insular fixture against Guernsey.
It comes as he announced his starting line-up, which included a senior debut for pace bowler Stan Norman.
Jersey will host the match at Grainville's National Cricket Centre on Saturday at 10:45 (BST).
Hutchinson, who took over the role in March, said: “This is my first experience of this respected fixture.
"The energy levels and anticipation have been building all week, our players are motivated and I’m looking forward to it.
"We approach the game knowing Guernsey will be on a high having qualified last week in the ICC T20 Europe sub-regional tournament.
"We want to put on a strong performance for the crowds and the challenge they bring is good preparation for the Challenge League tournament later this month in Kenya."
Guernsey also announced their 13-man squad for the tie, which might bring debuts for 17-year-olds Charlie Forshaw and Harry Johnson, and 15-year-old Ed Robinson.
