Glamorgan have signed Australian all-rounder Hayden Kerr until the end of July.

The 28-year-old Sydney Sixers and New South Wales player will be available for T20 Blast and County Championship fixtures.

Kerr - who comes from Bowral, the same town where cricketing legend Sir Donald Bradman grew up - has previously played for Derbyshire in 2022 and is expected to join up with Glamorgan this week.

Glamorgan director of cricket Mark Wallace said: "We're delighted to have signed Hayden Kerr as one of our overseas players for the T20 Blast.

"Hayden has been a key player for Sydney Sixers in the BBL (Big Bash League) over the last five years and we see his all-round package with bat and ball as ideally suited to bolster our side.

"Hayden will also be available to play County Championship cricket while he is with us and we're looking forward to him joining up with the club in the coming weeks."
