    • With KKR carrying all of the momentum at 162-2 in the 13th over, Ajinkya Rahane was caught off the bowling of Shardul Thakur for 61 from 35 balls.
    • Leg-spinner Ravi Bishnoi then conceded only four from the next over and dismissed Ramandeep Singh.
    • Seamer Avesh Khan bowled the next, conceded seven and had impact sub Angkrish Raghuvanshi caught.
    • KKR now need 66 from the final 30 balls.

    Something special is brewing at Eden Gardens.

    • Kolkata Knight Riders are right in the game as they chase 239 to beat Lucknow Super Giants.
    • They are 136-2 after 11 overs, needing a further 103 from 54 balls. It would be the second-highest chase in IPL history.
    • KKR took 37 runs from the first 14 balls before Quinton de Kock was out lbw on review for 15.
    • The flow of runs continued after the wicket with the hosts reaching 91-2 after 6.2 overs before Sunil Narine was caught for 30 from 13 balls.
    • Ajinkya Rahane is flying, having reached fifty in 26 balls.
    • LSG's bowling and fielding has been shoddy.

    • Lucknow's innings was all about Mitchell Marsh and Aiden Markram early on but it soon became the Nicholas Pooran show.
    • His 87 not out from just 36 balls has helped LSG posted 238-3 against Kolkata Knight Riders.
    • He came in in the 11th over after Aiden Markram was bowled by Harshit Rana and hit seven fours and eight sixes.
    • Back-to-back sixes off Harshit took him to a 21-ball fifty. He also scored 31 runs from his final 10 balls.
    • Mitchell Marsh became the leading run-scorer at this year's IPL by hitting 81 but he was soon passed by his team-mate Pooran.
    • The West Indies international now has 286 runs in five innings this season at an extraordinary strike-rate of 226.98.

    Openers Mitchell Marsh and Aiden Markram have made an imposing start for Lucknow Super Giants against Kolkata Knight Riders.

    They have barely offered a chance and have taken the score to 95-0 after 10 overs.

    Australian Marsh is on 48 from 34 balls and South Africa international Markram 43 from 26.

    A big score is on the cards.

    Lucknow Super Giants travel to Eden Gardens to face Kolkata Knight Riders in the first of two Indian Premier League matches on Tuesday.

    The two sides have near identical records after four matches with each having two wins and two defeats.

    Aussie Spencer Johnson has been recalled for Moeen Ali in the KKR line-up, meaning there are no England players involved.

    There are a host of internationals, however - Rishabh Pant, Quinton de Kock, Mitchell Marsh and IPL leading run-scorer Nicholas Pooran to name a few.

    KKR have won the toss and decided to bowl.
