Madness. That just looked like a hit and run from Ash Gardner and Tahlia McGrath is the next to go in the mix-up.

    McGrath run out (Rodrigues/Ghosh) 12 (Aus 265-6)

A mix-up from Australia's batters and Tahlia McGrath is run out by a distance. McGrath just keeps running, making a rapid exit from the field.

An excellent piece of fielding from Jemimah Rodrigues.

India have pulled this back nicely.

India need to change something in every over here to stop the batters getting comfortable. It is nice to see Amanjot Kaur coming back in.

  4. Aus 260-5published at 41 overs

A wide and two singles from five deliveries on Deepti Sharma's return. Both Tahlia McGrath and Ash Gardner are frustrated by picking out the fielder at mid-wicket.

And then, Deepti loses her line and Gardner tickles a wide leg-side delivery fine for four. Australia are lapping up the bad balls.

Tahlia McGrath has struggled against left-arm spin in this tournament but she is coming outside leg-stump and giving herself more room to get through the ball.

  6. Aus 253-5published at 40 overs

India have been sloppy in the field. Harmanpreet Kaur makes a hash of a routine stop, the ball goes through her legs, and splits two fielders on the boundary. A welcome four for Tahlia McGrath.

Make that two boundaries, smacking the ball into the off-side. She's not hanging about.

Now, in the first semi-final, we witnessed an impressive acceleration from South Africa in the final 10 overs. They added 100-120 runs. Can Australia match that?

Ellyse Perry was trying to come back and cut the ball when really she needed to take it on.

India have the wind in their sails now though, can they get a cheap wicket?

Radha Yadav gets the wicket. Could this be the look-in India were looking for?

Ellyse Perry goes back to Radha Yadav, misses, and the ball clips the top of her off-stump.

Australia's set batter walks off for 77 (88).

India want to keep Australia under 300 now. They have to be aiming to take wickets now, not just dot balls.

  11. Aus 243-4published at 39 overs

The pressure built by Sree Charani at the other end is immediately released, Kranti Gaud sending down a gift of a delivery which Ellyse Perry hammers through point for four. Too short, too wide.

Perry later capitalises on a fielding error to come back for three.

    Nine off the over. Expensive.

  12. Aus 234-4published at 38 overs

    Sree Charani is squeezing Australia.

She has 2-9 from this three-over spell and is all over Ash Gardner, who swings and misses a couple of times.

You need to be going all out for wickets now as captain. If you play a holding pattern and just try to contain runs, that plays straight into Australia's hands.

    Five runs from the over.

With wickets falling at the other end, Ellyse Perry is still in - she has 68 from 81.

It will be interesting to see if Ash Gardner gives herself time to get in before she start striking the ball.

  16. Aus 228-4published at 36 overs

It's far from panic stations for Australia but they'll want to avoid this turning into a flurry of wickets if they're to post the 350-plus total they're well on course for.

How will Ash Gardner approach this?

The simplest of catches for Sree Charani. Annabel Sutherland was not sure what to do with that ball and she looks miffed as she walks off.

An absolute gift to Sree Charani. She has made the breakthrough and has looked most likely to for a while.
