Phoebe Litchfield has all but won this match already. Aussies set for 340+. India won't get that.

A fantastic innings from Phoebe Litchfield. Extraordinary batting.

You knew she was going to get out trying to do something ridiculous but she has taken the game away from India.

Amanjot bowls Litchfield for 119 after failed ramp shot attempt

Phoebe Litchfield tries one shot too many, crabbing across her stumps and attempting an audacious scoop, and the ball splats into her middle stump.

Relief on the face of Amanjot Kaur and in the entire India huddle, but you suspect Litchfield has already taken the game away from them.

What an innings from the young opener - 119 off 93 balls, including 17 fours and three sixes.

Out walks Beth Mooney, who averages nearly 49 in ODIs...

  4. Aus 178-1published at 27 overs

16 runs off the over, 14 from the bat of Phoebe Litchfield.

India captain Harmanpreet Kaur is gesticulating a lot in the field.

That was such a nice shot from Phoebe Litchfield. Straight and down the ground.

    She is sensational.

It had been a little while since the last boundary.

No matter, says Phoebe Litchfield, dispatching Deepti Sharma for back-to-back sixes.

The second, a trademark switch-hit, is greeted with laughter from Ellyse Perry at the non-striker's end. She's as mesmerised as everyone else.

That is technically a drop. Phoebe Litchfield does need to temper herself a little bit.

Thanks Sam. Australia certainly are cruising - is 350 on the cards?

There's a hint of a chance to remove Phoebe Litchfield in the 26th, an edge flashing through to the wicketkeeper but Richa Ghosh, stood up to the stumps, can only parry it. Amanjot Kaur looks furious but there wasn't much else Ghosh could do.

Litchfield is flying on 103 (87). Ellyse Perry, meanwhile, has quietly made 43 (54).

  9. Aus 159-1published at 25 overs

A good couple of overs for India in terms of stemming the flow of runs but it is Australia in complete control of this innings at the halfway stage.

To see if the hosts can drag this back, it's over to Elizabeth Botcherby for the second half of the innings.

India may be tempted to mix things up depending on how far these two go.

Radha Yadav needs to take pace off and keep the line tight to Phoebe Litchfield. Equally, Australia may be tempted to mix up their batting line-up.

Just a further single from Sree Charani's over but it's wickets India really need in this situation.

What an innings from Phoebe Litchfield. That shot sums up her whole innings, such clean striking of the ball.

There is a massive grin on her face.

'The grin on her face says it all' - Litchfield hits four over mid-off to make century

Phoebe Litchfield brings up a brilliant century from 77 balls!

The Australia opener has been on it from the very start and it's fitting that it's a lofted drive that gets her to her third ODI hundred.

That is her 17th four, with another six to boot, and plenty of them have been lifted over the off side. What a knock this has been.

India are trying to bring the run-rate down but they are also trying to be attacking and look for wickets.

You have to be really smart with your fielding choices and think about what is going to make these batters as uncomfortable as possible.

  15. Aus 152-1published at 23 overs

After an expensive first over, it is a much better second one for Radha Yadav.

Just three singles from it, taking Phoebe Litchfield to 96 while Ellyse Perry has cruised to 40 from 47 balls.

Australia have had a few quiet overs but generally the scoreboard has kept moving. Phoebe Litchfield has been so inventive at finding the boundary.

  17. Aus 149-1published at 22 overs

How will they feel about chasing 350-plus, Neeraj? It looks increasingly like that is what they'll be up against...

Another boundary for Phoebe Litchfield takes her into the 90s. Too wide from Amanjot Kaur, the left-hander can throw her hands at it and a thick outside edge takes the ball quickly to the boundary.

There has been rightly a lot of talk about how well the Australian batters have batted here. But India have repeatedly posted scores over 300, so they will back themselves in chasing a score over 300 if they have to!

    Neeraj, London

I could watch Phoebe Litchfield bat all day she is such a player at only 22. Scary to think how good she will end up being.

Phoebe Litchfield makes it look so easy and always has too much time. She can play the same shot to different balls and wherever the gap is is where she wants to hit it.

It is so frustrating as a bowler.

  20. Aus 144-1published at 21 overs

Phoebe Litchfield continues on her merry way with another boundary as nine come from Deepti Sharma's latest.

It's another reverse sweep and while the ball comes off a top-edge, high on the bat, the Australia batter still gets more than enough on it to clear the two fielders behind square on the off side.

It bobbles away for four and on Litchfield goes.
