AFC Wimbledon accept Danny Kedwell transfer request

AFC Wimbledon have accepted captain Danny Kedwell's transfer request.
The 27-year-old striker scored the crucial penalty as the Dons clinched promotion to the Football League with a play-off final win over Luton, external.
Chief executive Erik Samuelson said: "We have spoken to Danny frequently and tried everything we can to persuade him to stay.
"However, he is determined to leave and so we have reluctantly agreed to make him available for offers."
Kedwell hit 24 goals in all competitions in 2010/11.
The former Grays Athletic man was a target of Crawley at the start of last season.
