Stockport County sign striker Nick Chadwick

Chadwick scored against the Hatters for Everton in the 2003 League Cup

Stockport County have completed the signing of striker Nick Chadwick on a free transfer.

The 28-year-old was released by Barrow at the end of last season after being restricted to just 15 appearances because of a knee injury.

Having started at Everton, he has had spells at Derby, Millwall, Plymouth, Hereford, Shrewsbury and Chester.

He has been training with the Hatters during pre-season and has completed the move after passing a medical.
