Blue Square Bet Premier leaders Wrexham pulled off an FA Cup shock with victory away to League One Brentford.
Jamie Tolley fired the Dragons ahead with a right-foot volley from the edge of the box.
Wrexham goalkeeper Joslain Mayebi then kept his side in the game with a fine save from Sam Saunders's free-kick.
Nathaniel Knight-Percival almost doubled Wrexham's lead in the second half with an overhead-kick that bounced just wide of the Brentford goal.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Brentford manager Uwe Rosler told BBC London 94.9:
"They out-played us, they out-fought us, they showed more desire than we did.
"The performance by a mile was not good enough.
"Unfortunately we did not learn any lessons from the Basingstoke game and it is my responsibility to find out why."
Wrexham manager Andy Morrell told BBC Radio Wales:
"I'm delighted for all of them - every one of the players. We couldn't even fill the bench today because we had another game going on at home in the Welsh Cup.
"But I'm made up for all of them because they thoroughly deserved today I thought.
"We've got a really good away record in the league and we come away to win games.
"The system suits it and I thought we bossed the midfield, in the first half especially."
