Stoke City boss Tony Pulis expects a quiet transfer window

Stoke manager Tony Pulis says he expects a quiet January transfer window with more people leaving than arriving.
The Potters had a busy summer, making five signings including Wilson Palacios, external, Cameron Jerome, external and Peter Crouch, external on transfer deadline day.
But Pulis insists he is happy with his squad, who have lifted City to eighth in the Premier League.
"We think we have got a decent squad. [The transfer window] won't be as busy as it has been," he said.
Stoke have also had the added demands of European football this season, playing 10 games so far in reaching the last 32 of the Europa League.
But despite the extra fixtures, Pulis said some players might have to leave the Britannia Stadium to get regular football.
"If people become available who we like, then if we can do something, we will," he said.
"But there are one or two in the squad as well that actually need to play some football.
"We have to recognise that and see if we can do some business there. So there might be a few going out."
