Leeds United suffer Patrick Kisnorbo injury blow

Kisnorbo made 21 appearances for Leeds this season

Leeds United defender Patrick Kisnorbo has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a knee injury.

The 30-year-old Australian fell awkwardly during Monday's 2-1 victory over Burnley.

He only returned in May from an Achilles injury that had sidelined him for more than a year.

Boss Simon Grayson told the club website: "It's a big blow for the club and for Paddy after the injury he has just recovered from."
