Hearts manager Paulo Sergio fears Kevin Kyle may have played the final match of his career.

The former Scotland international has been out since January 2011 with a hip problem and repeated attempts at a comeback have proven unsuccessful.

The striker, who has been capped 10 times for Scotland has repeatedly faced the prospect of further surgery

And Asked whether he fears Kyle's career might be over, the Hearts manager said: "Maybe."
