Kettering Town given fine and suspended points deduction

Kettering Town have been told they will be deducted three points if they do not settle debts with football creditors before 28 February.
The Football Conference has issued the sanction for failing to pay players' wages in full.
Poppies caretaker boss Mark Cooper has refused to lead out his side, external until his players are paid but club captain Sol Davis has ruled out a strike, external.
There is also a £3,000 fine for Kettering, payable by the same date.
A statement from the Football Conference is expected on Friday morning.
