Brighton sign Dorchester striker Ben Dickenson

Brighton have signed Dorchester Town striker Ben Dickenson for an undisclosed fee.
Dickenson, 18, is a former Southampton trainee and has scored five goals in Blue Square Bet South this season.
"If he listens to all the advice and works hard it'll be a fantastic opportunity," Dorchester boss Alan Knight told BBC Radio Solent.
Seagulls boss Gus Poyet told the club website, external: "I am delighted Ben has chosen to join Brighton."
