Rangers to offer deal to Estonia defender Enar Jaager

Rangers are aiming to complete the signing of defender Enar Jaager and hope to give midfielder Jorge Claros extra time to also win a deal.
Shortly before securing the signature of former GAIS midfielder Mervan Celik, manager Ally McCoist expressed his desire for further additions.
"Both have done very well," he said.
"We've been really impressed. Jaager is a very solid full-back and we'll certainly be looking to make him an offer."
With right-backs Steven Whittaker and Kirk Broadfoot injured, McCoist is delighted that the 27-year-old Estonia international, a free agent after leaving Norway's Aalesunds, has proved himself on trial and in a closed-doors friendly.
"He trained on Monday and played in a game on Tuesday and did very well and then looked impressive again in training yesterday and today, so we'll be looking to talk to his representatives and make him an offer," said McCoist.
"Andrew Dickson and Ali Russell will hopefully be speaking to his representatives, but I spoke to the player before training and said to him that was the plan."
Honduran midfielder Claros is also hopeful of a move from Motagua in his homeland.
"Jorge Claros is in a very similar position," McCoist said of the 25-year-old. "To be fair to him, he got in from Miami late on Sunday night and appeared here for training on Monday.
"That would be a shock to the system for anyone, but he trained on Monday and played on Tuesday in the game and looked comfortable.
"Again, he progressed on Wednesday and Thursday and I'm not certain yet, but I'm hopeful that he can stay for another week."
