Barnsley bring in Stoke City's Michael Tonge on loan

Tonge made 265 league appearances for Sheffield United
Barnsley have signed Stoke City midfielder Michael Tonge on loan until the end of the season.
Tonge, 28, will fill the void let in the Tykes midfield by former loanee Danny Drinkwater's departure, external to Championship rivals Leicester City.
The former Sheffield United man joined the Potters in 2008 but has made just one Premier League start and has spent time on loan at Preston and Derby.
His Barnsley debut is likely to come against the Rams on 31 January.
