Swansea City boss Brendan Rodgers and Tottenham Hotspur winger Gareth Bale have been named January's Premier League manager and player of the month.
Rodgers' side beat Arsenal and Aston Villa while Chelsea needed an injury-time leveller to draw with the Swans as they have earned seven points from 12.
Wales international Bale, meanwhile, wins his second monthly award after three goals and two assists in January.
"The award recognises a lot of hard work by many people," said Rodgers.
"And we aim to continue our challenge to retain our status in this wonderful league.
"My players have been incredible in their courage to gain results while defending our footballing principles."
Rodgers, who was appointed Swansea boss in July 2010, is expected to sign a new contract soon which will see him remain as Swansea manager until the summer of 2015.
Spurs star Bale scored a stunner against Manchester City and a double against Wigan Athletic in January.
"It's always nice for it to be recognised when you've been playing well," said 22-year-old Bale.
"The team has been playing well and I'm just happy to be playing my part in that."
