Aldershot Town goalkeeper Ross Worner believes he is putting in his best performances of the season.

The 22-year-old, who signed a new two-year contract with the club last week, has kept three clean sheets in the last four games.

Worner told BBC Surrey: "It's always nice to sign a new contract and back it up by having a good game.

"I feel I'm in the best form I have been in all season. I just want to carry it on."

Meanwhile striker Stefan Payne has left the Shots on loan less than a month after he joined the club.

The 20-year-old has joined Blue Square Bet South side Sutton United until the end of the season.
