Gateshead boss Ian Bogie has signed a one-year contract extension at the Blue Square Bet Premier club.
Bogie, who has been in permanent charge since 2007, took the club into non-league's top flight with consecutive promotions in his first two campaigns.
Since then the club has established itself in Blue Square Bet Premier, posting a top-eight finish this term.
Assistant Terry Mitchell has also extended his stay at the club for the forthcoming 2012-13 season.
The Tynesiders have also offered deals to 12 players including 35-goal striker Jon Shaw and the former Darlington pair Jamie Chandler and Liam Hatch.
