Accrington Stanley sign Bohan Dixon on one-year deal

Accrington have signed midfielder Bohan Dixon on a one-year contract.

Manager Paul Cook, who spotted the 22-year-old playing amateur football in Merseyside, told the club website: "I've been monitoring him for a bit.

"I watch a lot of football in Liverpool and the inner city areas and Bohan plays at the top level of those.

"He's got great attributes, he's a physically strong lad and is very athletic and gets round the pitch well. We've given him an opportunity."

Dixon added: "I was over the moon to sign and my family and friends are delighted for me. Hopefully this is the start of professional career for me."
