Mansfield Town sign Jamie Tolley and Chris Clements

Mansfield Town have agreed deals to sign Jamie Tolley and Chris Clements.

Former Macclesfield, Hereford and Shrewsbury midfielder Tolley, 29, agreed a free transfer to the Stags from Wrexham.

Midfielder Clements, 22, has signed for an undisclosed fee from Northern Premier Division side Hednesford Town, where he scored 17 goals last campaign.

On Tolley, manager Paul Cox said: "He fits into our winning mentality and will give us good energy in midfield."

He added: "We are in the process of talking to numerous players who we think will improve the strength of our squad."

Both will formally complete their moves to the One Call Stadium on 1 July.
