Aldershot Town midfielder Craig Stanley breaks leg

Aldershot Town midfielder Craig Stanley will miss the start of the League Two season after breaking his leg.

The 29-year-old, who joined the Shots on a free transfer this summer, sustained the injury in a pre-season match against Woking on Saturday.

Stanley will find out how long he will be on the sidelines for after seeing a specialist this week.

He wrote on Twitter: "Hopefully get good results at specialists. If not need an operation."
