Ian Neale has stepped down as chairman of Nuneaton Town after four years in the job.
Neale took over in 2008 during the club's reformation from Nuneaton Borough and oversaw promotion to the Blue Square Bet Premier last season.
Boro vice chairman Neil Hodgson has taken the role of acting chairman.
Hodgson told his club's website: "It is a pleasure and a privilege to step up to the role of acting chairman of a club I have supported man and boy."
