Dungannon Swifts grab a point with an injury time equaliser against Ballymena United at The Showgrounds

Josh Cahoon beat Ballymena goalkeeper Dwayne Nelson from six yards out two minutes into added time to earn Dungannon Swifts a point at Ballymena.

David Cushley had given the home side the lead with a sweetly struck left foot shot in the 82nd minute.

Cushley fired over in the first half while Tony Kane and Allan Jenkins also had chances to break the deadlock.

The Swifts' best chance of the first period fell to Terry Fitzpatrick, but his shot was blocked by Nelson.

The result sees Ballymena drop to sixth in the table while Dungannon move up to ninth spot.

Next week, Ballymena travel to face derby rivals Coleraine while the Swifts entertain Crusaders.
