Gillingham defender Matt Fish has signed a two-year extension to his contract with the club, keeping him at Priestfield until summer 2015.
The 23-year-old, who joined the Gills last summer, has been an ever-present for the League Two leaders this season.
Gills boss Martin Allen told the club website: "Fish has been outstanding, he will only get better and better.
"I'm very pleased director of football Andy Hessenthaler has sorted out a new contract for him with the chairman."
Meanwhile, full-back Jack Evans and midfielder Alex Brown have joined Blue Square Bet North side Corby Town on loan.
