Dungannon Swifts ease to a 3-0 victory over Donegal Celtic at Stangmore Park

Dungannon chalked up their biggest Premiership win of the season against Donegal Celtic at Stangmore Park.

The hosts dominated and Neal Gawley fired into the corner for the opener after good work from Matt Hazley.

Johnny Topley added the second on 73 minutes with a close-range header from Chris Lavery's pinpoint corner.

Josh Cahoon sealed the points 10 minutes later with a penalty after DC's Mark Burns was sent-off for a last-man foul on the inform striker.

Gawley netted his first goal for the Swifts with a strike which gave keeper John Connolly no chance.

Connolly saved from Cahoon before Terry Fitzpatrick headed wide from a Gawley cross.

Dungannon created a series of half-chances before Topley connected with Lavery's inswinging corner.

Cahoon scored for the sixth successive game as the 10th-placed Swifts moved seven points clear of their west Belfast opponents.
