Burton Albion are poised to sign Manchester City winger Adam Drury on a one-month loan deal.

The 19-year-old right-sided player, who can also fill full-back or wing-back roles, is yet to make a first-team appearance for the Eastlands club.

The Brewers expect to complete the deal in time for Drury to feature in Saturday's FA Cup third-round tie against Leicester City.

Drury joins goalkeeper Stuart Tomlinson in agreeing a one-month deal.

Tomlinson, 28, has signed an extended contract, external which keeps him at the club until 7 February.
